Spaghetti with pesto sauce - recipe
Pasta is a versatile dish, they are quickly and easily prepared and just as easily absorbed by the body.

There are a huge number of different pasta dishes, but today we will cook spaghetti with pesto sauce, and slightly diversify the sauce recipe by adding parsley instead of basil.
Pesto sauce is a traditional Italian sauce, which is most often served with various pasta products, and spread on sandwiches, used to make soups and lasagna.
To cook extremely delicious spaghetti with pesto sauce, we will need 400 grams of spaghetti and the ingredients for the sauce: 50 grams of parsley, 2 cloves of garlic, 2-3 tablespoons of pine nuts, about 125 ml of olive oil, 30 grams of hard cheese, a few drops of lemon juice, salt.
Put a high saucepan on the fire, pour enough water, add salt and wait until the water boils.
After that, we "put" the spaghetti in a saucepan, and when they gradually get wet, carefully "lower" them completely into the water.
P. S. To prevent pasta from sticking together during cooking, they need to be stirred periodically.
When the spaghetti is cooked, we will tip them into a colander to drain the water.
PS Some chefs advise, before draining the water from the pasta, pour hot water over the colander.
A warm colander will not allow the products to go limp and lose their shape.
By the way, it is not necessary to wait for all the liquid to go away, you can leave a little so that the products do not dry out.
While the spaghetti is drying out, prepare the sauce: fry the pine nuts in a frying pan without adding oil.
Peel the garlic and cut it in half.
Wash the parsley greens, dry them from the water and tear off the leaves.
Grate the cheese.
Take a blender (mixer, combine) and mix all the ingredients (garlic, nuts, parsley leaves) to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Pour in olive oil, add grated hard cheese, drip a few drops of lemon juice and season with salt to taste.
Put the finished spaghetti on a flat dish, pour over the pesto sauce, mix and serve, garnishing with any fresh herbs.
